J. Moraga Construction, Inc. is a family-owned construction company seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team. We are hiring for Class A Drivers. We are looking for motivated team members who are eager to contribute to current projects and grow with our company long term.
Position Summary
The Class A Driver is responsible for safely transporting materials and equipment to and from construction job sites. This role also supports field crews with general labor tasks once deliveries are completed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate dump trucks, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, semi-trucks, and equipment trailers
Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain trucks in safe, working condition
Assist crews with general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL (required)
Commercial driving experience preferred
Manual transmission experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
Strong commitment to safety
Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour
