Pre-owned, but haven't used it in awhile. Some signs of wear, scuff marks. Still in good condition.
Only issue are the rubber pieces that go around the wheels. Wheels don't have them anymore, as they have fallen off (see PHOTO). But they can be bought online such as eBay.
All adjustment features are in working order.
