Iron-away board. Removed from our laundry room wall during remodel. Cabinet box intact and fully functional. Spring mechanism works fine. Board padding still intact. Board cover color fading a bit but no stains or rips. Trim around cabinet still has the nails sticking out the back so be careful and will easily by nailed back on. Cabinet door opens and closes fine and the hinges have no rust or discoloration.
