Hello!
I’m a professional author, artist, and entrepreneur (I run a small marketing company) seeking a private studio, in-law unit, or 1-bedroom apartment for long-term rental.
What I’m Looking For:
Location: Easy access to BART or Caltrain is ideal. I’m open to areas in the City, Peninsula, and South Bay, as long as public transit is accessible.
Privacy & Quiet: I work from home and value a peaceful, private space that supports focused writing and creative work.
Amenities: A private bathroom and kitchen (with oven/stove), plus on-site laundry or nearby laundry facilities. Proximity to grocery stores and cafes is a plus.
Budget: Flexible within reason, based on location, privacy, and amenities.
Move-In: Looking for late October/early November. Prefer long-term rentals but open to short-term discussions if it’s the right fit.
About Me:
I have a strong rental history: my previous landlord had me for over 7 years and can provide excellent references.
I’m responsible, clean, and respectful, with a stable income from my writing and business.
I don’t smoke, have no pets, and treat every home like it’s my own.
