I'm a single man in my late 50s looking for a Large Studio, or one bedroom apartment in San Jose, or within a 10 mile radius. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE SITUATION AT ALL!
I work part-time, but my primary source of income is Social Security that I'll get for life. I have a Vision Disability. I do not own a vehicle, and I work primarily on the weekends. My budget is tight, but I pay on time!! I'm very neat and organized, and keep a well maintained home. I'm currently paying $1,100 a month for a place that is quite a bit out of the way for me, so my budget is no more than about $1,500 a month, and that's stretching it.
