I am a single mom (41) with 1 child (14M). We are currently looking for long term rental starting in August: 1 bedroom, studio, adu, in-law unit with parking. I can pay up to $1500 per month. I currently work in Fremont and my son will attend high school in the fall. I have a clean background no criminal record and good credit over 700. I do not do drugs, smoke or drink alcohol. We are currently enrolled in a program that helps out low income struggling families with first months rent plus deposit and furniture for the new place. I will be able to continue to pay the rent going forward after that from my current job. But it is only in Santa Clara County only that's why I am hoping to find something in North San Jose or Milpitas so I do not have to commute so far to my current job.
