We are a high-end, board-certified periodontal specialty practice seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant (with Lead potential) to join our elite oral surgery team.
If you have strong experience with dental implants, IV sedation, and surgical procedures—and you’re ready to work in a modern, minimally invasive perio environment—this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. What You’ll Do
Assist with periodontal and implant surgeries
Set up, monitor, and support IV sedation procedures
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Organize and order surgical and dental supplies
Provide necessary preparation of Steri, weekly lines, and spore tests on admins days with no patients present, at your own pace.
Coordinate, plan and support larger surgical cases
Provide exceptional patient care and maintain strict safety protocols
Lead and support other clinical team members (for qualified candidates)

Requirements
2–7+ years of surgical dental assisting experience (Perio, OMS, or implant-focused GP)
Strong IV sedation and implant knowledge greatly appreciated
Organized, tech-comfortable use of the PC, and detail-oriented
Professional references required
