I am looking for a Dentist that wants to be an associate, with intention of a future buy out.
We need someone with min 6 years of doing dentistry. Must be proficient in crown/bridge and composite fills as that is the bulk of our schedule.
Candidate needs to be focused on the well being of the patient. We want to make sure the patients get the proper needed treatment. No upselling or hard production goals. Not a mill, we try to make sure the work is quality. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly in English. Looking for someone I can work with and have a similar diagnosing style. We don't overtreat the patient. There are plenty of teeth that don't need any treatment.
