*Job Title: Companion Caregiver for Adult with Disabilities*
*Location: Gilroy, CA (beautiful home with private room available)*
We're seeking a loving, dynamic, and interactive individual to join our family as a caregiver for our adult daughter Taylor. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide support with daily living activities, including cooking, feeding, and personal care. Most importantly, you'll share in the joy of Taylor's company and create meaningful moments together.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment
- Engage in activities and outings with Taylor
- Support Taylor's independence and goals
*Schedule:*
- Flexible days and hours available (full-time and part-time)
- 2-day (48-hour shift): $50,000/year - 3 1/2 days (84-hour shift): $87,000/year + overtime and mileage reimbursement
*We're looking for someone who:*
- Is caring, warm, and energetic
- Has experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred but not required)
- Is a team player with excellent communication skills
