I currently have one shell ginger plant for sale. These are the butterscotch variegated variety.
The leaves are great for wrapping meat or fish and the dried fruits are a special spice in some Asian dishes, such as hot pot. This plant has been said to grow well indoors as a houseplant, and has the potential to make a 3-foot-wide patch outdoors in the ground or in a large container. Morning sun with afternoon shade is best for this plant, or partial sun throughout the day.
A truly beautiful tropical-looking plant which does well in our climate. This is my third year growing them.

P.S. There is a bonus White Wonder strawberry growing with one of the gingers!
