We used it for a bit over a year, so the condition is like new. I took great care of the set, as all the items I own. There are no spots, no smells, no wear visible. Pillow cases are washable.
Selling because we moved from a 3 bedroom, 2 story house to a 2 bedroom small apartment (thanks, RTO) and are desperate for space.

I small tip--this is best suited for elementary/ middle schooler ergonomic wise, or separate pieces can be used by adults in waiting areas. When put together, the sofa is not the most comfy place for well sized adults!
Delivery: I live in Sunnyvale downtown and can help deliver the set if you are local for additional $50 (we have a SUV).
If you want to come over to see the set before making your decision, it is also possible. We live in an apartment building (The Martin), there is a common area downstairs which is safe to meet. Parking is available right next to the building.
