Normally the set comes with 3 sofa pieces and 1 chase, but this set comes with 5 sofa pieces and 2 chase sections, so this is a steal if you know what this is
Heavily discounted as pillows and all need to be reupholstered. If I had the space I'd keep and get everything reupholstered in a darker color, but unfortunately I don't. I've received estimates for this, depending on fabric you're looking at $3-4K
