Sally Sirkin Lewis did not set out to become an interior designer. Nor did she plan on designing textiles and furniture. Starting a to-the-trade showroom wasn't even on the horizon. As a young woman, her goal was to be a fashion designer. But as opportunities presented themselves, she pursued them enthusiastically, and they took her on an interesting and fulfilling journey from the opening of her showroom, J. Robert Scott, and its game-changing opening in Los Angeles to its international presence.
