I use my Southwest CHASE Credit Card for everything I buy. I was trying to save up for Airline Tickets. Somehow for some reason I can not figure out what anybody else gets out of this but, someone cashed in some points for (5) $50.00 Sephora Giftcards. I caught the error quickly and was able to go into my account and change my passwords, etc. But, Southwest says they can not refund my points and today I received the giftcards. I called Sephora and they do have a balance of $50.00 each.
