We bought this tiny house in 2021 as a shell and basic build. Over the last four years, we carefully remodeled and fully built out the tiny house, with utmost care and attention to detail and liveability, intending for it be our home. However, as life would have it - circumstances changed, inviting a new chapter for this tiny house.
Move in ready for your dreams to take shape. Through the years, it has been lightly used, but never lived in. Most everything is custom built and appliances are new.
Structural and exterior features of the house include:
-2017 B-Wise tiny house trailer (with steel pan) rated to 15,000 lbs
-Wood frame, zip sheathing, bevel cedar siding, standing seam metal roof, spray polyurethane foam insulation
-Built for the cold winters of Maine, where it came from
-Tires protected by wheel covers throughout the past four years; included with tiny house
-4 leveling jacks
-Propane, water, electricity (50A) hookups
Interior features of the home include:
-New appliances: LG 24" electric refrigerator, Cosmo 24" propane range, Broan range hood, Rheem propane tankless 7gpm non condensing water heater, smart EnviMAX 1000W wifi electric wall heater
-Custom built kitchen cabinets with toe kick drawers
-Birch butcher block countertops sealed with Waterlox tung oil finish
-Custom L-shaped sofa with storage drawers and trunk; expandable to serve as a bed
-2 lofts, with outdoor mini-deck (also serving as egress and roof access) off master loft
-Ladder, and custom storage stairway with handrail, for access to lofts; stairway and live edge loft extension made from milled onsite Douglas fir
-Bathroom with rain shower and Nature's Head composting toilet
However, like most tiny homes, this one is not perfect. Some things to consider are:
-Due to the framing not covering the wheel wells, the interior width is approx 7'
-There is no sink in the bathroom
-There is no washer and dryer
Note that the generator shown next to the house is not included in this sale. Buyer responsible for transport to new location.
