I am looking for a private lending relationship. One who accepts non collateral (Mortgage, car, etc,) no credit report (score, nor history.) and requires all upfront paperwork & pricing. I am seeking a company or someone with great history in private lending. Who has lending range from/between $10,000 and $15,000,000 (Lower Maximum are accepted.) Lawyers fees may be paid upfront or paid once funds hits borrowers account. Interest and Principal payments will be discussed before closing.
