Established fine dining restaurant in the South Bay is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead service and support the front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining high service standards and delivering an elevated guest experience.
Sommelier experience or strong wine knowledge is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service and floor operations
Lead and support FOH team during service
Maintain service standards and guest experience
Assist with wine service and guest recommendations
Handle guest concerns professionally
Work closely with kitchen and leadership team
Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)
Strong leadership and presence on the floor
Wine knowledge or sommelier experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Schedule:
Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
