The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and passionate about quality sushi preparation and presentation
Key Responsibilities:
#Prepare Nigiri, Sashimi and quality of fish and seafood
#Cook and season sushi rice to standard
#Keep a clean, organized station during opening and closing
#Follow food safety protocols (Food Handler Certification required)
Schedule Availability Required:
*Sunday and Mondays (required)
*Friday and Saturdays (preferred/possible)
