Our flagship kitchen is always buzzing… and we’re looking for a rockstar Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to help lead our crew and deliver unforgettable dishes to our guests.

The Role
As Assistant KM / Sous Chef, you’ll report directly to the KM and GM, helping guide the entire kitchen team. You’ll keep operations smooth, food standards sky-high, and the vibe strong.
What You Bring
âś… 5+ years in a professional kitchen (2+ years management)
âś… Experience with American & Woodfired Pizza
âś… Creative passion to evolve a comfort-food menu rooted in American & Italian classics
✅ Mastery of kitchen sanitation & health standards (valid food handler’s card)
âś… Strong organizational skills & eye for detail
✅ Commitment to quality – every plate counts
âś… Inventory, food, & labor cost control skills
âś… Positive attitude, leadership energy, and team spirit
âś… Solid references
