Pastry Cook:
Minimum 1 year experience as a pastry cook in a fast-paced production kitchen
Knowledge of baking croissants, muffins, tart shells...etc.
Knowledge in mixing batters, sponges, and lamination.
Must be very clean, organized, responsible, and on time.
Thursday to Monday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
