Service Leader (FOH) – The Stand San Jose
Pay: Earn up to $34/hr (including tips & bonus)

About the Role:
Lead our FOH team, support daily operations, and deliver great guest experiences in a fast casual environment. Train, coach, and jump in wherever needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience
• Outgoing, positive, team-first attitude
• Being cross-trained is a plus! (this position requires both front and back of house knowledge)
• Must be 21+
