Server Requirements:
• 1+ year of restaurant serving experience
• Knowledge of the menu with the ability to answer questions and recommend complementary items
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure; detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Open availability to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bartender Requirements:
• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
• Great customer service and ability to handle a fast-paced bar
• Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure; detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Open availability to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
• On your feet and moving during shifts
• Reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, stand, walk and squat for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift up to 35- 40 lbs. occasionally
• Work in hot/cold, fast-paced, physically demanding and occasionally loud environment
