Night-Time Baker:
Minimum 1 year experience as a baker in a fast-paced production kitchen
Knowledge of baking croissants, muffins, tart shells...etc.
Knowledge in mixing batters, sponges, and lamination.
Must be very clean, organized, and on time.
Thursday to Monday: 1:00 am to 9;30 am
