We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Server to join our Italian restaurant family!
Supervisor Requirements
2–5 years of restaurant experience preferred
Previous server experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff and support daily operations
Experience with customer service and handling guest concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff and daily restaurant operations
Support servers/Bar/Busser and ensure excellent guest service
Assist with training, and team development
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
Help resolve customer issues professionally
Supervisor Qualifications
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of Italian dining service is a plus
Open availability preferred (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Server Responsibility
Greet and assist customers upon arrival
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Present menus and assist with food and beverage selections
Take orders, serve food - drink and handle payments
Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and respond to customer questions
Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff
Handle customer complaints professionally and positively
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Server Qualifications
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Physically able to stand and walk during entire shifts
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum 1 year of restaurant server experience required
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and twist
Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs. regularly, and up to 40 lbs. occasionally
Prolonged standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Repetitive hand and wrist motions required for job duties
Frequent use of hands for handling, feeling, and operating objects
Work involves exposure to hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
Fast-paced, congested work environment that may be loud, hot, and physically demanding
Requires continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
