Alexander's Patisserie in Mountain View and Cupertino, a bakery and pastry shop with European and American style pastries is hiring an Office Admin:
Must have experience with customer service, general office duties, with at least 1 year of related experience. Responsibilities include invoicing, data entry, filing, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, distributing employee paychecks, assisting with hiring paperwork, maintaining the office, and assisting management with duties as needed. As well as assisting the FOH when necessary. Restaurant experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Part-time hours: 20-25 hours a week
