With two locations and a fantastic ownership team, this is a chance to be a part of something truly special.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee daily operations of a cozy and inviting breakfast & lunch café.
• Manage a small, talented team of 3 staff members.
• Maintain an excellent guest experience by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and atmosphere.
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Handle operational tasks, including inventory, staff scheduling, and managing cash flow.
