Los Gatos Soda Works is looking for a dependable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our team. We are a high-volume, award-winning cocktail bar serving elevated small plates and apps. Our kitchen runs clean, organized, and fast — and the dishwasher role is critical to keeping service sharp and efficient.

Position Overview:
Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep dish station organized and operating efficiently
Assist with basic prep and kitchen support as needed
Take out trash, maintain floors, and support overall kitchen cleanliness
Follow all health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to move quickly and stay organized during high volume service
Team-oriented mindset
Positive attitude
Weekend availability required
Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
$20–$22/hr depending on experience
Consistent hours
Opportunity for growth within the kitchen for the right candidate
Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
