Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to guests in the bar and dining areas
Take beverage orders and deliver drinks accurately and efficiently
Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
Qualifications
Previous cocktail serving or restaurant experience preferred
Strong hospitality and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fine dining experience is a plus but not required
