We are seeking confident, hard-working staff to support the back of the house team and to uphold high quality and consistent food to our guest. If you are a cook able to manage both people, product, and time, then we are interested in meeting you. Our operations are fast-paced, high quality and guest-focused. While we desire creativity, our focus is on consistency. Please possess a work ethic that seeks to exceed guest expectations and ensure quality, as well as a passion for food.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:
A passion for cooking, teaching and leading
Knowledge of Sous-vide cooking method
Knowledge of French, Japanese and American cuisine
Butchery skills and knowledge of fish and seafood
Possess a work ethic that exceeds guest expectations
Demonstrates decision making by identifying relevant issues in complex situations; and seeks information and assistance from appropriate sources.
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Accountability and dependability
Have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in fine dining cooking
Food Handlers/Serv Safe Certification
