Duties
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and bulk supplies safely and correctly.
Support food preparation activities by organizing clean dishes and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed.
Follow strict food safety management protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines.
Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup assistance.
Experience
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and basic food handling practices.
Experience with dishwashing or kitchen cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
