I have a Sony brand home theater surround sound receiver for sale. This is from their 'Elevated Series' or 'Elevated Standard' (ES) Division and this is an audiophile-quality component. This is model number STR-DA1ES. Complete technical details are listed below.
This receiver has multiple analog and digital audio inputs and outputs, including a 5.1-channel input. It also has legacy analog video inputs and outputs (including components inputs). The complete list of input and output connections are listed below.
The real value of this receiver is the built-in 5-channel power amplifier that is capable of delivering 100 watts per channel into all 5 channels at the same time (at 8 Ohms). That is 500 watts of total power. The amp's total harmonic distortion (THD) is just 0.09%. This weighs nearly 30 pounds with most of the weight in the heavy toroidal transformer.
The receiver is in excellent functional and cosmetic condition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I would be happy to demonstrate that it works before purchase.
The only negative is that the original remote control was lost during a recent move. But a universal remote control will work on this unit.
You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction.
