For sale is a set of high-quality Logitech brand compact audio speakers, model number Z-340, part number 970058-0403. Complete technical details are listed below. Here is a summary:
This audio system is intended for a desktop computer setup or a small home theater system. It's a 2.1 audio system, with two compact, satellite audio speakers for the high and mid-range sounds and a large sub-woofer for the low notes. The overall frequency response for the entire system is 40Hz to 20kHz.
The two compact speakers each have two sets of audio drivers and 6.5 watts of power. Each compact speaker measures 3.25" wide, 4" deep, and 4.5" tall. Each weighs about 3 pounds. Pictures 3 to 17 are of these compact speakers.
The large sub-woofer has a single 8" audio driver and 20 watts of power. The sub-woofer measures 9" wide, 9.5" deep, and 9" tall. It weighs about 14 pounds. Pictures 18 to 24 are of this sub-woofer.
You don't need an external power amplifier to operate these, as they have a built-in power supply. You must plug these speakers into a standard electric wall-outlet for power. These are not battery operated speakers.
You physically connect the speaker system into your audio source using a standard wired 3.5mm stereo miniplug cable. This is NOT a wireless audio system. There system has it's own volume control.
The compact speakers, sub-woofer, and all necessary cables are all in excellent functional condition. The system has no audio problems at all. You can confirm that the system sounds great before purchase. The system is also in excellent cosmetic condition. Please note that the original cardboard box is not available.
You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction.
