What: Two Fisher MONO preamps. One is a 50-C-3 (older) and the other a 50-C (newer). Both have recently been slowly powered up using a Variac and play tested. I will demo them before the sale. Both are mostly stock. They have not been restored. i.e. most if not all capacitors and resistors are original. Both units have modifications and or repairs to the filament supplies where the selenium diodes have been replaced with silicon. All the tubes are NOS and included in the sale price.
Price: $1,999 for the pair.
Cosmetic condition: See the pictures. The 50-C is in fair cosmetic condition and includes an original wood case. The 50-C-3 is in poor cosmetic condition and no wood case. The 50-C-3 has an added 1/4" phone jack on the front panel which is wired to the Microphone input.
