For sale is a set of two stereo audio speakers for home or office use. These are M-Audio brand, Studiophile series, model number AV-40. These are the black exterior color version. Complete technical details are listed below.
These are powered speakers that you plug into a standard electrical wall outlet. These have a built-in power amplifier capable of 20 watts of power per channel. These are a two-way system where each speaker has a single 1" silk dome tweeter for the upper-range sounds and a single 4" curved cone woofer for the lower-range sounds. The left speaker, which has the built-in amplifier, powers the right speaker using a five-foot long speaker cable (which is provided).
There are two ways to connect sound sources to these speakers, including stereo RCA inputs and stereo TRS inputs. No connection cables are included. You can control the output volume using a dial on the front panel.
Each speaker measures 6.25" wide, 7.5" deep, and 8.75" tall. The left speaker weighs 7.1 pounds, and the right speaker weighs 6.2 pounds.
These speakers and accessories are in excellent functional and cosmetic condition. There is nothing wrong with them and you can test them before purchase to confirm that they work. Pictures 6 to 24 are of the actual speakers for sale.
