- Scanner has a permanent black stripe across the document, no good. It was already like this when I bought it from another Craigslist seller. If you can fix it yourself, great!
- Printer does OK job. If you print a document, the words will be slightly blurry every other two lines. Again, it was already like this when I bought it.

- Extra black and color ink cartridges (unopened) included
