D-Link DCS-942L Security Camera - $50

This is an IP camera that may be able to be used with NVRs. Since each NVR has different camera compatibility, it is your responsibility to check this.
It can be operated over a wired network connection or a wireless network connection. It also supports 2-way audio (e.g., you can listen to audio corresponding to the video as well as talk through the camera via a built-in speaker). The IR LEDs allow it to be used in the dark.
I tested it with a SanDisk 32GB microSD card for recording at the camera, and the combo works well. Note that you can access the recordings stored on the microSD card remotely via the internet once you setup a myDlink account (here: https://www.mydlink.com/entrance).
