JOB SUMMARY: Temporary position with a durion of 5-8 months
Essential Functions
All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarificion or explanions from superiors or authorized company representives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:
Additional qualificions may be specified and receive preference, depending upon nure of position.
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
Must be least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communicion.
Must have a reliable means of transportion (public or prive)
Must have the legal right to work in USA
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in HSE from four-year college or university, or sufficient training, experience or combinion to substitute for degree. Minimum of 5 years of reled experience.
Demonstred knowledge of federal, ste and local health and safety, and environmental regulions is essential. Direct experience dealing with regulory agencies and/or compliance officers is preferred.
ISO 45001 management standard experience is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures.
Intermedie knowledge of Microsoft Office applicions including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, as well as SharePoint.

Excellent organizional skills and extremely high tention to detail.
Effective time management to deliver projects on-time and th meet expections.
Ability to receive direct or indirect instruction in written, oral, diagrammic, or schedule form, and act upon such instruction to accomplish a given task or project. In the event of unclear instruction, must have the ability to ask for clarificion without prompting.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Competent writer; exhibits knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuion.
Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace where judgment and professionalism were necessities.
Capably work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach with both internal and external customers.
Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices.
Ability to cree and revise documention with a variety of stakeholders.

Demonstred ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas of business.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
Able to travel (internional or domestic, as required) approximely 25% of the time or more, occasionally with limited notice.
Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high-priority event.
