Duties:
• Design drawings, construction documents, detailing, and coordination
• Produce clear drawings and documentation in AutoCAD and other software
• Coordinate with consultants for coordination and quality control
• Site visits, meetings, and construction administration
• Prepare design presentations, graphics, renderings, and diagrams
• Write and edit social media and marketing content
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Land Planning, or Landscape Architecture
• 2–5 years relevant experience
• AutoCAD and MS Office skills are required. Revit experience is helpful.
• Strong graphic design, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite skills are highly preferred
• Model-building skills and rendering ability
• Must be local for an in-office position
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
