We are looking for a steady, dependable Toddler Teacher to lead our 2-year-old classroom in a full-time, year-round position.
This role is a good fit for someone who understands that toddlers benefit from predictable routines, clear expectations, and consistent daily structure. Our program focuses on age-appropriate learning, intentional guidance, and creating a calm classroom environment where children feel secure and supported.
The Toddler Teacher is responsible for guiding daily routines, supporting social and emotional development, and providing a well-organized classroom that encourages independence while maintaining consistency throughout the day. This position requires patience, follow-through, and the ability to guide young children in a respectful and developmentally appropriate way.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What we’re looking for:
Calm, steady, and reliable
Consistent with routines and classroom expectations
Comfortable leading a toddler classroom
Strong understanding of toddler development
Able to redirect behavior in positive, age-appropriate ways
Punctual, professional, and dependable
Team-oriented and respectful of established classroom practices
Qualifications:
12 ECE units required (Infant/Toddler Development preferred)
Or willingness to enroll in required classes immediately
Prior toddler classroom experience strongly preferred
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
$20–$25 per hour
