I'm looking for help organizing and cleaning my studio apartment in Japan Town. Close to Downtown.
I just moved to the area and could use your help decorating and organizing my apartment. Could be an ongoing gig 1-2 a week.
I'm looking for someone trustworthy, honest, someone that can follow directions, self-motivated, money motivated, dedicated, enjoys coming to work, and flexible.
If this is you, I can use your help asap. On top of housekeeping, I might need someone that's ok with running some errands (grocery shopping), some light food prep (mostly packaging food), and some light cooking (You don't have to be an expert) and be a personal assistant. I will compensate you accordingly. Let's talk and come to an agreement on pay. I can be flexible and willing to negotiate. I want to make sure I'm fair with you and will follow through.
