Front and rear seats still look like new.

- Exterior condition:
Some scuffs as shown in the pictures. Paint still shiny all around. Always garaged overnight.

- Mechanical condition:
Around 106k miles, actual mileage.
Synthetic oil changes.
More recent maiintenance includes the replacement of the clutch and rear brakes. OEM replacement parts.
Steering rack is in need of replacement due to a power steering fluid leak. The car is drivable but the recommendation received is to replace the rack soon; meanwhile, the power steering fluid level needs to be checked regularly.
Low-tire-pressure light on, due to a TPMS tire-pressure sensor diagnosed to be faulty during a tire rotation many months ago. Replacement sensors were not available on the spot, sensor not replaced. Does not affect driving or any other systems.
Smog test required for yearly car registration renewal taken and passed in July.
Michelin Pilot Sport all-season tires.

Regular and reliable commuter.
25K miles added by the first owner in the first year.
Remaining miles added over time afterwards.
