Me as 2nd owner for a little less than 4 years. The car gives me 0 trouble, just need regular maintenance.
Key highlights:
1. Apple CarPlay perfectly installed on the existing top display (no additional display, super clean installation). Easily call Siri to navigate, play Apple Music etc. etc. Very seamless to use. You may also just long-press the menu to opt out. Android Auto is also available but I never needed it. Stock MDX does not have CarPlay until 2018 model year.
2. Timing belt done at 105K miles with record, no need to worry about this $2K item until 210K miles.
3. All fluids changed. Don't need to worry about it for a long time, including: transmission oil & transfer fluid, Rear differential, Spark plug all done at 142K miles.
4. Tires are still in great shape
5. Clean title, never had any accident
6. All wheel drive, paddle shifter, tow hinge, moonroof, heated seats, 3-zone AC, backup camera and many more
7. Blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning
8. Seven seater with very quiet cabin even at high speed
