Car starts and runs, but has engine issues: stalls at idle, won’t rev past ~4k RPM, Likely a head gasket problem, could just be a minor issue but I’m looking to upgrade so dont want to spend money. Tags are expired. Needs to be towed or trailered, or driven at a very low rpm.

Good points:
• Transmission shifts fine
• Straight body, decent paint
• Interior in fair condition
• Clean title
• Plenty of good parts / solid base for an engine swap

This would make a great project car for someone handy, or a parts car for another Civic.
