Need to make room for other projects coming down the line and would like to part ways as soon as possible. If I had the room, you wouldn't be seeing this listed.

What the car needs to be perfect:
Brakes will need servicing - fluid, pads, rotors.
Rear tires have about 25% tread left, fronts are closer to 65%.
Motor for rear window shade makes noise but operates normally outside of that.
