Are you a U.S.-based job seeker (18+) who is concerned about AI bias in hiring—such as disability bias, identity-related bias, or gender bias? We’re conducting a research study on how job seekers perceive AI resume screening tools and strategies used to counter potential bias. We’re looking for participants for a 45-minute Zoom interview (compensation provided).
