This is a hand made outfit, one of a kind...Was purchased second hand in southern Oregon many years ago, I believe it was made for a professional stage performance, perhaps out of Ashland, ... or a large Opera house in the State. It is real cloth, not a cheap amazon piece of junk.
Heavy , and very well made.
It is worn like a cape, with a zipper up the middle. also a velcro waist clasp.
It is very large, can be worn by an average sized woman, or a 350 pound tall man.
