Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and help create an exceptional guest experience.
Located in the heart of Cupertino, Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar is a unique entertainment venue featuring bowling, live music, special events, karaoke, and a full-service bar. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and staff
Hire, train, and schedule bartenders and bar personnel
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations
Assist with event coordination and special promotions
Manage cash handling, reporting, and bar profitability
Foster a positive and professional team culture
Qualifications:
Previous bar management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory control and cost management
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification preferred
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
