Traditional wooden kayak paddle, the Inuit and Aleuts of the Arctic used this kind of paddle to get around.

These are becoming popular for modern sea kayakers, and have some advantages over traditional white water paddles.

Purchased new and custom made by Don Beale in 2018, this veteran of many epic paddles is looking for a new home.

Don serializes his craftsmanship and can look up exact specs for you, but here's data on serial number 739:

Material: 100% Western red cedar, no bone or epoxy end tips
Style: shouldered

Blade width (@ maximum extent): 3 1/4"
Loom length: 20" (or 21", depending how you measure to the shoulder steps)
