Hub is used but in very good condition. It comes laced to a 20"/406 Velocity Aero Heat rim that has a couple lumps along the brake track. Spokes are Wheelsmith 2.0/1.7/2.0 stainless steel. Pay another $15 and send me a replacement rim (Velocity Dyad 406) and I'll re-lace the wheel for you.
