* This is the second time this frameset has had its paint stripped.
* Washed with a paint thinner soaked #0000 steel wool pad after paint stripping was finished.
* Minor gouging on upper fork tube - headset installs fine if you don't rush it.

*** I strongly recommend swapping out the stem for a 90mm or smaller stem. Using a very long stem (120mm) with bullhorn bars on a small bicycle seems to cause control issues when riding one handed because it puts the bar ends very far forward. ***
